Conditions	CONDITIONS # Competition to be held under the Rules and Agility Regulations of the Agility Dog Association of Australia Ltd (judging/scoring details for Games will be announced by the judge prior to the Event). # All dogs and handlers must be registered with ADAA. Organisers reserve the right to refuse entry and to substitute judges as required. Dogs under 18 months of age not eligible for entry. # For the purpose of ascertaining the eligibility to enter the appropriate standard at an exhibition, all "Clear Round" certificates and "Qualifying" certificates up to and including three days before the date on which entries close shall count. # Any dog who has had contact with an infectious disease (except kennel cough), is excluded from any ADAA sanctioned event for 18 days post contact. If a dog on club grounds is established as having an infectious disease (except kennel cough), then all dogs on the ground are excluded from ADAA events for 18 days. # Any dog who has kennel cough, or any dog in the same household, is excluded from any ADAA sanctioned event for 21 days from the onset of clinical signs of kennel cough (see Interim Kennel Cough Policy). #It is a condition of entry that handlers assist in course changes, scribing and/or timekeeping. A form will be circulating when you arrive at the competition grounds so you can fill in the events you able to assist with.

Notes:	Note: Dogs may only be entered in any one Class a, b, c or d from each event. Dogs in Starters / Elementary (non AAD/RAAD titled dogs): non AAD/RAAD titled dogs may compete in Open A Events but may not compete in Open B Events. Advanced Tests: may only be entered by dogs who have been awarded their SAAD (or MAAD) title.

See the ADAA website Agility Shop (Scheduled Fees) for current scale of charges. • Agreement(s) to Judge will filled out Online (or be mailed to ADAA). • Non-affiliated Clubs must provide proof of Public Liability & Group Policy Accident Cover (or equivalent) for the date of the Test/Event. POLICY NO:   DATES OF COVER: • Entries must close at least 30 minutes prior to the commencement of judging (check your details above).. • Advertising of competitions on the website is free. • If status of the exhibition is Demonstration, Fun Day or Invitation Only, and no Titles are involved, then Draft Schedule is not required other than to provide for advertising on the website (free of charge to Affiliated Clubs). • All handlers entered in the competition must be financial ADAA members and dogs must be registered. Overseas handlers must be financial members of a comparable body of their own country. • Failure to submit the Draft Schedule together with all Agreement(s) to Judge and the fee by the due date may result in cancellation of the competition. • Competitions will NOT be approved for Clubs with outstanding fees from prior competitions. • Clubs will be invoiced for entries at the rate of $1-00 per entry for Affiliated Clubs if the schedule received more than 3 months prior to competition, $1-50 per entry if schedule received less than 3 months prior to competition and Non-Affiliated Clubs will be invoiced at the rate of $1-50 per entry, in addition to Clear Round/Qualifying Certificates as advised by the judge(s). • Entry forms must be in an ADAA approved form (photocopies acceptable). • Clubs acknowledge that Trainee Judges may be appointed to the competition. This appointment will be at the sole discretion of ADAA. • Confirmation of approval of Draft Schedule will be provided.
