Agreement (do not amend) The foregoing Fixture will be conducted under the Memorandum and Articles of Association and Regulations of the Agility Dog Association of Australia Ltd (ADAA). This invitation is extended to you to judge the above Fixture on the understanding that you are fully conversant with the Memorandum and Articles of Association and Regulations of the ADAA relating to Judges, a copy of which may be obtained from ADAA’s Secretary (PO Box 2212 - Gailes Qld 4300). A list of equipment available for the fixture is provided, together with any appropriate venue details. Acceptance of this invitation shall constitute a binding agreement between the two parties hereto, provided that such acceptance is communicated to the Competition Secretary within seven (7) days of the date appearing thereon and that the fees and expenses are reasonable. This agreement shall further constitute the whole agreement between the parties and no extrinsic evidence or terms shall be added or incorporated into the said agreement, nor shall any alteration to the said agreement be permitted. If the Club does not dispute the reasonableness of the expenses within fourteen (14) days, this agreement is binding on both parties.

required. JUDGES ACCEPTANCE The Club understands that you are pleased to accept our invitation as per the above. We also understand that should you not be fully conversant with the Memorandum and Articles of Association and Regulations of ADAA, you will undertake to make yourself conversant therewith prior to the date of judging and you agree to observe such Memorandum and Articles of Association and Regulations. We understand that you will claim the following out of pocket expenses. Where possible (eg except vehicle use), receipts will be provided as evidence of expenditure incurred. Travelling Expenses $ NIL Accommodation $ NIL The Club reserves the right to withdraw one or more Events/Tests from those allocated to you above and reallocate them to another judge for any reason.
