Competition Schedules
Clubs are reminded the draft schedules and judges agreements should be sent electronically where possible. If you select to use the online forms ADAA will invoice your club / group (no need to send in paperwork and fees).

Submit your Schedule using our Online
Form. You will be able to print the confirmation page for your records. The
form is sent to us via email ready for the website and mailout. ADAA will
invoice you for the competition.

NOTE: Lodgement of Draft Schedules and Judges
Agreements
Many of our members, especially those who pay for their monthly mailout are
regularly being disadvantaged by not receiving competition information with
sufficient notice. In the majority of cases this is due to late receipt of
paperwork associated with upcoming competitions from clubs.
Due to consistently late receipt of this paperwork, the Board has amended the
fee structure so that if a draft schedule is not received 3 or more months prior
to a competition, the club will pay $1-50 per entry (the non-affiliated club
rate) plus the tiered draft schedule notice fee (already in place).
Judges agreements must be received within 30
days before the competition. If you require information or assistance do not
hesitate to contact us.

Contact your selected judges to see if they are able to judge at the
competition. Let them know the events, times, date and location etc and discuss
things like travelling expenses and accommodation costs. When this has been
done, send the Judge an
Invitation Confirmation online - each Judge has their own form. You
can also Search for a Judge to invite.
